Weight Limits
Please note- Royal Mail have a maximum weight limit of 2kg. If your order is above this limit, DPD services will be used and DPD service prices will apply. For your information DPD's maximum weight limit is 30kg. In the unlikely event that your order is over 30kg; your order will be split and you will pay the lowest cost for 2x deliveries.
Unexpected Delays
Even in a world full of masturbation and shiny new dildos, there are unexpected delays. In the unlikely event that your product is out of stock once you've placed your order, you will be notified and we would expect to dispatch your product in around 7 days. If your order contains more than one item we will dispatch the products in stock according to the times stated above. In this instance you will only be charged for delivery once and not for the late product(s).
DPD Express Next Day
Deliveries are between 8am-6pm Mon-Friday. DPD will text and email (providing you have included this info with your order) and give you a 1 hour time slot for delivery. Non delivered parcels will be returned after 3 delivery attempts and a fee of £5.79 plus VAT is then charged by DPD for this return service.

Re- Delivery Charges
If your courier is unable to deliver your parcel it will be sent to your local depot and kept for 7 days. After this time is will be returned to us. If you'd then like us to send your parcel back out to you, normal delivery charges will apply.
